The Preserve Technique
With The Preserve by NextStep, we’ve created a revolutionary new hip replacement procedure. It’s the first retractorless and assistantless anterior hip approach that eliminates soft tissue and bone injury caused by retractors. The Preserve decreases the number of assistants required for a procedure, improves operational efficiency, and ultimately maximizes surgical reproducibility.

The Insitu Femoral Stem
The unique, titanium alloy, stem design features a quadruple taper geometry designed to restore joint biomechanics, stability, and load transmission. The head to stem taper junction has been specifically engineered to limit trunnionosis. To promote superior proximal press fit, the stems feature a sintered asymmetric bead coating and are available in both standard and lateral offsets.

Additive Manufacturing
The titanium-alloy acetabular cup is additively manufactured, enabling a seamless integration of our engineered porous metal structure, porosiTi™, with the solid substrate. The cup's unique design features ensure both solid initial fixation and long-term biologic fixation. An ideal three-holed screw pattern is accompanied by a large range of self-centering, self-tapping screws. The Multi Holed Cup offers additional screw fixation through a unique hole pattern that optimizes screw trajectory and bony purchase.

ASC Friendly
The Insitu Hips System was designed around 2 trays reducing the workloads of SPD while optimizing surgical flow.
